Appointments

• Appointments must be booked through our website or approved booking channels.

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information.

• Arrival times matter — late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation without refund.

Payments

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

• Bossy Beauties reserves the right to refuse service for unpaid or disputed bookings.

Service Results

Beauty services are subjective. Results may vary based on individual skin, hair, or other personal factors. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or relevant history before services are provided. Bossy Beauties is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed information.

Intellectual Property

All content on bossybeauties.ca, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Bossy Beauties and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bossy Beauties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Bossy Beauties, we reserve time exclusively for each client to ensure a premium experience. We kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy prior to booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a partial or full service charge. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and availability of our services.

No-Show Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may limit future booking privileges.

Late Arrivals

To respect the time of all clients, late arrivals may result in a shortened service or, if necessary, cancellation of the appointment without refund. Full service fees may still apply.

Refund Policy

All services are final sale. Due to the nature of personalized beauty services, refunds are not offered once a service has been performed. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we may address them appropriately.
